Before We start the downgrading process, There are some very important things you should be aware of.

The downgrading process takes 15 to 30 minutes. You don’t need the installation disk or bootable USB to downgrade to Windows 7 from Windows 10.

Windows 10 And Windows 7 Are Yours

Once you have successfully upgraded to Windows 10, You can use it forever as well as you have still the right to use Windows 7.

You can uninstall Windows 7 and install Windows 10 as well as you can remove Windows 10 and install Windows 7, whenever you want.

All you need to do is note down Windows 7 product key. You can use a key finder software to do so.

Clean Windows 7 Installation Is The Better Option Than Downgrading

I would like to recommend you go for a clean install instead of downgrading to Windows 7 from Windows 10. You could face a plethora of errors and problems.

I highly recommend you download all necessary drivers for Windows 7 before starting the downgrade process. Especially video drivers, ethernet, and WI-fi drivers. Your video card, ethernet, and WI-fi may stop working after downgrade to Windows 7.

Note Down All Serial / License Keys Before Downgrading To Windows 7

Do not forget to note down serial or license codes of those software, You bought and installed after upgrading to Windows  10. You will need them to activate later.

Please keep in mind, It will restart your PC and after a restart, You cannot cancel the downgrade process.

Congratulations, We have successfully downgraded to Windows 7 without any data loss. Now you need to reinstall all those software that are not working.

Install drivers for hardware that are not working. As well as you might have to make your preferred settings.
