Simply double-click the Windows 10 ISO image to mount it to a virtual drive—no need for third-party software.
However, if the built-in tool doesn’t work, you can use ISO mounting software like UltraISO or PowerISO to mount the Windows 10 ISO.

The Windows ISO Image contains a folder named ‘Source’ which is needed for installation. If you don’t have the ISO, don’t worry—you can still proceed by downloading a zip file that includes the ‘Source’ folder and the installer from this link.
How To Use .NET Framework 3.5 Offline Installer Utility?
After downloading, extract the file.
Next, copy the ‘Source’ folder and paste it directly into the C: drive, D: drive, or any other preferred partition. Make sure not to place it inside another folder.
Go back to the folder where you extracted the installer, and double-click on the .NET Framework 3.5 Offline Installer.
From the drop-down menu, select the partition where you copied the ‘Source’ folder. Click ‘Install’ to begin the installation process.
This may take some time, so be patient.
